User Introduction

This Agreement is valid from 1st October 2024.

Welcome to It Business Partners EOOD, the company acting and organized under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with address: Sofia 1000, st. Graf Ignatiev 6, represented by CEO Igor Surtcukov.

This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions which you accept by using our Website or our Services.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and Website and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Please read it below in the Privacy Policy

1. Definitions

1.1. "IT BP", "we", "us", or "our" refer to It Business Partners EOOD.

1.2. “IT BP User”, “IT BP Users”, “You” or “yours” refer to the users of It Business Partners EOOD Services.

1.3. “IT BP Content” refers to text, data, graphics, images, illustrations, forms, documents, marketing materials, look and feel attributes, IT BP or our licensors' trademarks and logos, and other content made available by IT BP on or through our Website Services.

1.4. “Service” or “Services” refer to IT BP Website available at IT BP.com, technical solutions implemented by IT BP into Website, and the services that IT BP provides to its clients: product and marketing analytics, launch UA campaigns, influencer marketing.

1.5. “Website” refers to IT BP Website available at IT BP.com.

2. Overview

2.1. By accessing the Website, you agree to the following terms.

2.2. We may amend this User Agreement and any linked information from time to time by posting amended terms on the Website, without notice to you.

2.3. The Website enables Users to:

view information about Us and the Services We provide;
communicate with Us;
request for a consultation and other services;
subscribe to a mailing list.

We may, from time to time, and without notice, modify the Website in any way, including adding, deleting or changing any data. However, we do not undertake to keep the Website updated.

3. Scope

Before using the Website, you must read the whole User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and all linked information.

You must read and accept all terms in, and linked to, this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By accepting this User Agreement as you access our Website, you agree that this User Agreement will apply whenever you use the Website or Services, or when you use the tools we make available to interact with the Website. Some Services may have additional or other terms that we provide to you when you use those Services.

4. Eligibility

4.1. You will not use the Website if you:

are not able to form legally binding contracts;
are under the age of 18;
are suspended from using the Website

4.2. For information on request Users may provide a company name in the special form. Users acknowledge and agree that where a company name is associated with them, this User Agreement is a contract with the User as an individual (not the business or company) and Users remain solely responsible for all activity undertaken in respect of Website and IT BP Content.

5. Using the Website

5.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, IT BP hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, and use IT BP Services, Website and IT BP Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

5.2. By using our Services and Website, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at.

5.3. You may not use IT BP Services and IT BP Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of IT BP or others.

5.4. Notwithstanding any other rights or restrictions in these Terms, you shall not use IT BP Website and Services to:

  2. copy, modify, host, stream, reproduce, sublicense or resell content from the Website or Services except as otherwise explicitly provided in these Terms;
  3. circumvent any use restrictions put into place by these Terms or Privacy Policy of IT BP to prevent illegal uses of the Website and Services;
  4. introduce to IT BP Website or Services viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and/or harmful code;

  6. invade the privacy of other IT BP Users;

  8. improperly use Website support or make false reports to IT BP staff.

5.5. All IT BP Users have a right to provide us with feedback on the Services of IT BP and IT BP’s business activities. The feedback can be sent to our e-mail [email protected].

5.6. The Services of IT BP may contain links to third-party websites and resources and other materials of third parties. Because we do not control the content of such websites, resources, and other materials, as well as the availability of such websites, resources or other materials, it is your sole responsibility for and you assume all risks arising from your use of any such websites or resources.

5.7. You acknowledge and agree that IT BP shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.

5.8. We may use third-party Service Providers, including but not limited to Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze the use of our Website and Services.

6. Ownership

6.1. Our Services and IT BP Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, legal acts of the European Union, and other foreign countries’ laws and regulations. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, IT BP, its subsidiaries, and our licensors exclusively own all Intellectual Property Rights to Website and IT BP Content.

6.2. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying our Services or IT BP Content.

7. Disclaimers

7.1. Our Services and IT BP Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. All IT BP Content is posted for informational purposes only.

7.2. Without limiting the foregoing, IT BP explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

7.3. IT BP makes no warranty that our Services or IT BP Content will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

7.4. IT BP makes no warranty regarding the quality of any Services or IT BP Content purchased or obtained through our Services, or the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any IT BP Content obtained through our Services or Website.

7.5. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from IT BP or through our Services or IT BP Content, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. IT BP is not liable to IT BP User or anyone else for any loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, whatsoever, and any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, regardless of cause (even if IT BP has been advised of the possibility of the loss or damages), including losses and damages:

8.1.1. resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not foreseeable;

8.1.2. based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action; or

8.1.3. arising from any other claim arising out of or in connection with IT BP User’s use of or access to the Services.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://worthygrowth.pro, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Website and Service.

6. Retention of Data

IT BP will keep your Personal Data for 3 years. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
